On Friday October 10th at 9:15am I will be hosting an on-line group discussion for PracticeMaster users.
Take advantage of this opportunity to discuss PracticeMaster with other firms using the software. Find out what problems they’ve experienced with implementation, training or staff participation. Let’s discuss proven or potential solutions together.
Are you current on your software updates? They’re free, you know. I will be giving a quick how-to session on installing updates.
Are you using PracticeMaster to its fullest? I will be giving a brief presentation on basic software maintenance, tips & tricks and advanced features that you may not be aware of.

VERSION 14 FEATURES
There have been several “dot” releases for version 14. I will prepare a short review of the most useful new features.
MAINTENANCE/ TIPS/ ADVANCED FEATURES
The transition into PracticeMaster (or any case management system, for that matter) is overwhelming. As a result people tend to do whatever it takes to get by and are not often utilizing the software as efficiently as they could be. Over time good maintenance practices are often fall by the wayside along with motivation. During this brief presentation I will give an overview of some simple and helpful features in PracticeMaster, some old and some new, that might help smooth out some of the rough spots and get you back on track. We will also spend a bit of time discussing routine database maintenance and software updates.

The cost of the seminar is $35.00 and is due prior to October 10th.
